Institut Rosell-Lallemand, Rexdale, Ontario, Canada, has opened its Lallemand/American Yeast’s newly constructed facility in Memphis, TN. The yeast plant began commercial production in mid-January. It will enable Lallemand to better meet its customers’ growing demand for yeast and yeast-based products in the markets it serves.
